What is Super IT?

Super IT is software platform and AI agent that is designed to solve real IT issues for end users, on behalf of MSPs and internal IT teams. It combines state-of-the-art AI models and extensive agent tooling for deep integration into IT environments. It is designed to enhance and complement a human IT team, allowing them to focus on high value and enjoying work, while the Super IT agent delivers the day to day grunt work - at scale and at an exceptional standard.

How does Super IT work?

Super IT is more than just a customer support chatbot or a ticket summarising tool - we are focused on solving real IT issues for end users. To do this, we need to provide our agent the tools and information that a human IT engineer would have access to, in a secure and AI agent friendly manner. Super IT is built on top of the worlds state-of-the-art multi-modal models, carefully integrating critical IT systems of both the end-user's IT environment and the MSP and IT teams software platforms, to provide a secure and safe AI agent environment to deliver exceptional IT support, directly to the end user.

Can Super IT integrate with existing tools?

Yes, Super IT is designed to integrate deeply with the end users IT environment and the platforms of the MSP and IT teams, to allow the Super IT Agent act like one of your IT team. We current support integrations with Connectwise and Halo PSA for ticketing, and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure for identiy and collaboration suite integrations.

Can we customise Super IT?

You can control the agent's conversational style and approach to customer service, ensuring it aligns with your organizational needs.
