We are building a platform that enables AI agents to deliver superhuman IT support to end users by augmenting the helpdesk teams of internal IT departments or Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We are a small, fast-moving team working at the cutting edge of applying AI to a deep industry domain. We value curiosity, ownership, clear communication and a bias towards action.
