Product Designer

SuperIT is redefining how IT services are delivered to businesses. We are building a platform that enables AI agents to deliver superhuman IT support to end users by augmenting the helpdesk teams of internal IT departments or Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The end result: • End-users get a dedicated and personalised superhuman IT AI engineer available to them 24/7 • Human IT engineers can focus on complex, rewarding work — rather than the drudge work • IT teams and MSPs can scale excellent service to their customers like software

Designers who: • Are excited about designing for AI-native products where the interface is as much conversation as it is UI • Have a bias towards action — shipping working designs quickly, iterating based on real user feedback • Take ownership of design problems end-to-end: research, ideation, prototyping, UI, handoff and QA • Are comfortable working directly with engineers and founders in a small, collaborative team • Can design for complex domains — simplifying technical information for both IT professionals and end users • Are happy to work across the full product surface: chat UX, dashboards, configuration flows, marketing pages • Understand that good design in a startup means pragmatism — knowing when to polish and when to ship • Can communicate design decisions clearly and are open to constructive feedback

• Conversational AI support interfaces for end users • IT operations dashboards for MSPs and internal IT teams • System visualisations — device health, ticket flows, agent activity • Configuration and onboarding flows for new customers • Integration setup experiences for third-party tools (PSA, RMM, identity providers) • Marketing and brand touchpoints as needed

We work primarily with Figma for design. The product is built with React, TypeScript and Tailwind — familiarity with these is a plus but not required. You will be working closely with engineers who can pair on implementation.

We are looking for designers with demonstrable multi-year experience designing complex software products — ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or technical platforms. Experience with AI/ML product design is a bonus. Direct experience in IT services or MSP tooling is desirable but not required.
